Must be capable of running multiple machines such as tables saws, routers, brake presses, and milling machines. Employer will be at the 49th Street One Stop located at 4140 49th Street North, Saint Petersburg, FL this Tuesday, April 29th, 2008 from 9am-2pm interviewing for immediate openings in Production, Manufacturing, Assembly, Warehouse, and more!!
Job Description:
Performs a variety of operations to manufacture and fabricate sheet metal and extrusion parts. Sets-up and operates one or more of the following varieties of machine tools: shears, brake press, routers, drill press, saws, roll formers, water jets, shapers, NC Punch, Stack routers, punch press, Hydro press, and hand formers. Displays ability to plan, layout, interpret blueprints, sketches to all engineering specifications; determine sequence of operations, number of required cuts and method of setup. Uses a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Makes standard shop calculations relating to dimensions of work tooling, feeds and speeds. May monitor and verify quality with statistical process or other control procedures. May input data as required to assist with NC Programming. Performs other duties as assigned. Mon-Thurs, 4 10-hour shifts.
Pay:
Up to $15 p/hr
