Fraud Services Business Analyst Senior (JR8326)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access & Excel (Formulas, Charts/Graphs, Forms/Reports). Experience automating manual processes (using Access and/or Excel Macros, VBA, etc). Experience mining data and extracting meaningful and insightful information. Experience creating presentations and reports for both management and external clients. Experience authoring SQL statements. Proven success managing multiple projects with minimal guidance/supervision. Strong analytical, statistical, critical thinking, and problem identifying and solving skills. Written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in self-directed and team environments. Ability to interact on a variety of personal and professional levels. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Job Description:
Design and implement new internal and external FRAUD reports. Analyze overall FRAUD metrics, identify and report on emerging trends. Analyze FRAUD databases and report on operational performance. Create presentations with meaningful commentary on both past performance and future opportunities. Join FRAUD data with other data sources to derive end-to-end performance metrics for FRAUD. Collaborate with FRAUD management on special project or requests. Respond to ad hoc requests for data. Take ownership of work and proactively engage in identifying opportunities for improvement.
