Qualification:
Undergraduate degree in Education, Engineering, or other related discipline is preferred. Two to five years experience in a technical training role; industry-specific experience is preferred. Education certificate is desirable.
Description:
Prepare and present technical training courses to field service personnel, customers or other organizations in a classroom or laboratory environment. Works under little supervision continually striving to improve teaching skills. Develops curricula which will assure trainees learn how products operate and how to perform scheduled product maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
