Construction Project Manager
Job Location: Pinellas County, FL
Qualifications:
Must have structural steel experience. Knowledge of hand/power tools. Must read blue prints, shop and assembly drawings. Knowledge of equipment and vehicles used in construction services. Must have a valid Florida Drivers license, a Class A is a plus and verifiable references.
Description:
Some local travel involved. $25 per diem plus travel expenses to and from construction site paid. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead and assign work to crew of erectors, welders, and laborers. Train as necessary. Assure crew adheres to standards. Communication and management skills necessary for providing instruction and feedback to crew. Salary depends on experience and skill level. Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours with possible overtime.
