Process Engineer
Job Location: Pinellas County/Largo, Florida
Job Qualifications:
BS in an Engineering discipline with appropriate work experience including a minimum of 5 years experience in high volume manufacturing or batch processing industry or the food, pharmaceutical or FDA regulated industries.
Job Description:
Maintain and develop the performance of existing manufacturing equipment in addition to recommending and implementing efficiency enhancements to existing production lines and equipment using statistical and six-sigma techniques. Ensure the availability targets for the manufacturing, service and utility equipment are met through appropriate levels of planned and breakdown maintenance of the control and electrical systems. Design, specify, and install new production lines and equipment for the manufacture of new or existing products. This includes development of design specifications of the equipment and process elements for both capital and revenue projects and preparing estimates for the design and implementation of project work.
