Telesales Specialist
Job Location: SAINT PETERSBURG, FL
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree, Military Service A+, 2-5 years experience, telephone sales skills, customer service, understanding customer needs and finding solutions, organization and time management skills, data entry and typing proficiency, ability to understand technical products and works as a team member in a respectful manner.
Description:
Solicits customers through phone calls and email, and develops lists of prospect companies that can use the company’s services. Works with company management to qualify and secure trial installations that lead to contracts (sales) for ongoing ecommerce services. Develops prospect lists through web searches for software companies, shareware developers and game developers that would be candidates for the companies services. Calls prospect companies by operating IP telephone equipment that is co-ordained with on-line sales call tracking software. Influences Prospects to buy the companies services through solid references and an excellent benefits statement of company offerings. Maintains accurate sales contact records and competitive information through the use of automated tools. Follows company policy and procedures, reports personal results as required, attends company meetings as requested. Provides timely responses to inquires for company's services, pricing, demonstrations, and trials of the company's offerings. Understands the technical capabilities of the company's services to adequately answer preliminary technical questions for prospects. Works with company management to secure Confidentiality Statements and contract documents as appropriate. Keeps scheduled appointments with prospect companies and company management. Salary: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 40+ hours per week.
Pay:
2K plus commission or 25K-75K per year.
