Java Web Developer
Job Location: Clearwater, FL
No H1B sponsorship
Qualifications:
Need 12 months experience. Experience with SQL Server 2000 or 2005 is a must have, as is experience writing Stored Procedures. Good communication is strongly desired because this position requires interaction with clients and other internal departments. Experience with data driven, highly technical web development and a positive, professional attitude is a must.
Skills Required:
* 2-3 years experience using Java in a web environment
- Gather business and technical requirements
- Design solutions based on requirements
- Write object-oriented code to design specifications
- Use Eclipse IDE to develop and modify application software
- Test and debug programs
- Manage solution deployment, working with others as required
- Modify existing or third party software for internal use
- Write relational database queries to report data
- Report to lead analyst on project progress and success
- Organize and prioritize project work
* Object oriented programming
* SQL Server 2005 (Experience with PostgreSQL is a plus)
* Crystal Reports
* Eclipse, Tomcat, XML
* Associates Degree (or higher) in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred.
* Solid organization skills and attention to detail
Description:
The Java Web Developer will be responsible for designing and coding applications in J2EE including JSP and focusing most of their efforts on new development.
