Job Location: Tarpon Springs, Florida

Day Shift. 40 hours per week.

Must have the following in order to apply:- 3 Year at College or a Technical or Vocational School.
- 5 years experience in building maintenance and/or construction administration management is required.
- Computer proficiency (WORD, Excel & Microsoft Office) required.
- Engineering and construction services experience; supervisory experience required.
- Must have a valid Florida Drivers License.
Required Screenings: Criminal background checks (Local, State, Federal) as far back as the system will allow, Credit, Education, SS#, DMV, References, Bonding, Pre-employment drug screen. Drug free workplace.
Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department involving the 225 housing units and supervision of a staff of five (5) employees. Primary duties focus on implementation of preventative maintenance schedules and contract monitoring.
Work Environment: Housing Complex.
Hours: Day Shift. 40 hours per week.
Pay: $30,000-$35,000 p/yr.
