Job Location: Oldsmar, Florida
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week.
Salary:
$30,000 p/yr. Salary plus commission.

Must have the following in order to apply: - Associates Degree.
- No minimum experience required.
- Telephone skills necessary.
Required Screenings: Criminal background checks (Local, State, Federal) as far back as 7 years. Drug free workplace.
Job Description: Make outbound calls, interview healthcare professional and create a job match. Data entry and email. Perform candidate sourcing, hiring, managing, and termination decisions. Build solid, profitable relationships with candidates through the delivery of customer service. - Lead generation initiatives giving you quality leads.
- Training opportunities including both management training and peer-to-peer training from individuals already experiencing a high level of success
- Utilize a lead generation engine to develop your own lead pipeline.
- Negotiation and collaborating skills will be utilized.
Work Environment & Dress Code: Office. Professional dress code.
