Must have the following in order to apply:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1 year experience in Residential AC Repair
• Plumbing and Welding skills required.
• Must have a valid Florida Drivers License.
• Must be able to work an On Call schedule.

Preferred Skills: HVAC License and Residential Property Maintenance experience preferred.

Required Screenings: Criminal background checks, DMV, Reference checks and Drug Testing/Screening will be performed.

Job Description: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties typically involve maintenance and repair of residential structures, inside and out. Employer will train on other aspects. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
