Job Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida

Must have the following in order to apply:- No minimum education required.
- 1-3 years experience with the following telecommunication products and systems:
*Nortel (BCM, Norstar, Meridian)
*Avaya IP Office
*S8x00 Media Servers
*Media Gateways
*IP Endpoints
*Modular Messaging
- 1-3 years experience working with Windows and Linux servers.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, TCPIP, networks, router configuration, IP addressing VoIP.
- Must have troubleshooting, analytical and customer service skills.
- Must be able to perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches and routers.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical certifications on telecom services and networking a plus.
- Ability to lift and handle regularly 50 pounds and occasionally 80 pounds of materials.
- Must have a Florida driver's license.
Preferred skills: Preferred experience working on inside structured cabling systems, cat3, cat5, 110-type and 66-type punch down blocks, punch tools, butt-sets.
Required Screenings: Criminal background checks, References, Pre-employment drug screen.
Job Description:- Supports customers with installations of services and equipment.
- Ability to install, configure and administer support for Avaya VOIP and TDM phone systems.
- Performs the day to day operations and maintenance on various telecommunication servers.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through support help.
- Continue professional development through educational opportunities, technical publications and attending workshops.
