TradeWinds Island Resorts is seeking an engineer to oversee the maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the various food outlets at both our Island Grand and Guy Harvey Outpost properties.


Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years related experience in Food and Beverage work areas
- Demonstrated experience with a diverse skill set including but not limited to: working knowledge of both hand and power tools, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc....
- Basic understanding of commercial refrigerants and appliances
- Past experience in resort operations (or similar experience) is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of "Do it right the first time" work ethic
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times
