TradeWinds is looking for a CARE Team Engineer to oversee the preventive maintenance of over 700 hotel Guest Rooms at both our Island Grand and Guy Harvey Outpost properties.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years related experience
- Must possess a diverse skill set including but not limited to: Basic knowledge of both hand and power tools, understanding of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc...
- Previous experience with painting is mandatory
- Proven track record of "Do it right the first time" work ethic.
- Working knowledge of resort operations (similar experience) is strongly preferred
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
