TradeWinds Island Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet arriving and departing Guests for our Sandpiper property. This individual is responsible for processing secure financial transactions and assisting Guests with a variety of needs throughout their stay.

Minimum Requirements:
- One or more years of Resort Front Office experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to be outgoing, approachable and "guest service" oriented
- Detail oriented, high integrity individual
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls, assignments and direct Guest contact in a fast paced manner
- Working knowledge of the NAVIS system (Narrowcast and Visual ONE a plus)
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
