Job Description
General Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Manger-Provider Relations, develops and maintains relationships with healthcare
providers. Identifies and recruits qualified physicians to participate in the network of providers, explains the Plan`s
policies, procedures and protocols to providers, and resolves providers` concerns and problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The following are essential job accountabilities:
1 Develops and maintains an ongoing communication program with physicians and their office staffs.
2 Resolves provider`s concerns and problems related to policies, procedures and protocols, the provider network and other
related issues.
3 Coordinates and participates in physician office site evaluation.
4 Maintains up to date provider information required to meet Plan certification criteria.
