Global business that partners with medium to large corporations, universities, state governments, and investment firms on financial services technology strategies and deployment. Company has more doubled in last five years (annual sales of $150+ million) and is looking for promotable talent. Company is a subsidiary of a large parent company (billions of dollars in assets). Looking for highly motivated professional with strong business acumen and upside potential. Be mentored and groomed for increasing responsibilities. Core functions will revolve financial reporting, business modeling, expense and revenue analysis, profitability reporting by product lines and key contracts, business metrics development, short/long term forecasting, and special projects. The role is a combination of recurring responsibilities and projects that will lead to full exposure of the business. From the initial role, it will have exposure to the C-suite and Senior Management. • Delivering actionable (fact-based) corporate-wide information and reporting for management decision making; create, support, and enhance centralized and flexible data/reporting systems. • Monthly analysis of key financial and operational metrics to define the direction and efficiencies. • Key contributor in business planning (budgeting and forecasting) with executive team. • Perform business modeling to determine long-term profitability. • Analysis and forecasting of new products and customized services for global customers

Minimum Qualifications:
BS Accounting or Finance a must; MBA a plus. Seek 3+ years as a financial analyst or accountant with analysis and reporting experience. Keys are upside potential; strong technical (e.g. Excel, Access, SQL), organizational, and communication skills; and the ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
