Tax Manager with research and planning skills. The position is focused on New York State, the emphasis being on Article 32 and Article 9a. This is more of a research, planning, and transactions (acquisition, disposition, reorganization) oriented position. In addition, the individual would keep appraised of new legislative changes and its impact on the banking industry. Tax controversies and modeling of possible settlement scenarios.
