Be highly visible to all management cross functionally. Assist Director in partnering with SBUs on financial and operational reviews; identify opportunities to improve business practices (i.e. rationalization studies, outsourcing); lead implementation of best practices; contribute on acquisition initiatives; and project administrate recommendations of change to ensure follow through of audit findings and in support of strategic and tactical goals. Be groomed for a leadership role! This is the talent pool for the company – history of promotion is near 100%. Travel will be in the 40% range.
