Successful Accounting Analyst will compile and prepare accounting reports, statements and reconciliations. This position will be highly visible, and will require excellent presentation and communication skills. In this role, you will accurately and timely apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare monthly financial statements for respective business units. 55% Monthly accounting close; ensure timely and accurate reporting; complies monthly key stat information; provides monthly analysis to business partner of monthly results; provides monthly functions as business partner between Finance and the business heads in the field 20% Establishes, modifies, documents and coordinates implementation of accounting and control procedures as necessary to meet established company goals. 15% Monthly balance sheet reconciliations; reconciling items cleared with 60 days; review permanent accruals annually. 10% Special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have an audit or public accounting background.Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 3 5 years related work experience and Public accounting experience required.
