Responsibilties Candidate will have demonstrated abilities to perform all IT audit duties associated with the AVP level including: -Adopting and executing a risk-based audit approach -Leading complex technology and business process audit engagements as a working manager -Develop detailed audit programs in both core IT and integrated IT areas. -Execute testing of areas under review and derive sound results from which opinions on the state of controls can be developed. -Drafting detailed audit reports for Executive management and regulator consumption. -Documenting results in workpapers (detail oriented) -Establishing and maintaining close working relationships across all levels of audit client management and staff

Our client, a large global banking corporation, has a highly visible opportunity for an Audit professional within their IT Infrastructure Audit division, based out of the Parsippany, NJ area.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications -5+ years IT audit or systems experience in a relevant control function -Bachelor`s Degree required, major in Management Information Systems or Computer Science preferred, MBA a plus. -CISA or other related information system security professional certification (e.g., CISSP), accounting professional certification a plus (e.g., CPA, CIA) -In-depth understanding of UNIX, Windows, Mainframe, TopSecret, Routers, and Firewalls -Experience in managing risks associated with information systems and applying IT audit techniques. -Approximately 15% domestic and international travel may be required
