The primary function of the SBA Workout Officer will be maintenance, security and sale of commercial real estate obtained through foreclosure, conduct foreclosure appraisal, commission contractors to repair or refurbish properties and negotiate rental, lease or sales agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in business administration, finance and a minimum of three years of US Small Business Administration loan experience; or 7 years work experience in credit and/or loan workouts in a commercial finance or bank, including course work in appraisal, construction, real estate, finance and law.
