The Ag Lender/Relationship Manager will join a rapidly growing agricultural lending division. Responsibilities include business development and relationship management of an agricultural portfolio for a territory that includes the state of Florida. The RM will provide agricultural investment and advisory services as well as evaluate, prepare and recommend credit applications within the target market focus and within the credit policies and procedures established by the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • The origination and servicing of agricultural loans.

Minimum Qualifications:
Agricultural lending experience is required as well as active agricultural lending relationships in the State of Florida. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor`s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in ag-related study, Business Administration or Marketing. Banking experience including real estate lending and/or banking relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel required. Must possess good human relations, communication skills and ability to exercise good judgment and work as a team member. Must be able to work well under time constraints. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have a strong desire to succeed. Must have knowledge of real estate, diversified production agricultural and livestock enterprises. Experience in loan documentation including the perfection of liens and mortgages on real estate, crops, inventory, machinery and real property is helpful.
