-Very successful commercial finance subsidiary of a bank is seeking top Business Development Officer. Successful candidates will need to have a verifiable track record of production in commercial lending, equipment leasing or commercial finance. -Duties will include prospecting, sourcing and originating finance transactions. -Transaction size range from 100K-15MM with an average of 750K -Business Development Officer will source loan opportunities in the oil and gas industry, transportation, staffing, and service providers. -Territory would be North and South Dakota. RESPONSIBILITIES -Develop and implement key marketing initiatives to ensure company goals. -Identify and properly qualify financing opportunities -Prepare initial credit write up to present to credit committee -Network and call on circles of influences in the banking, accounting, turnaround and legal communities

Minimum Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS -5 years or more of experience selling commercial finance or commercial leasing products. -Track record of success exceeding corporate goals and quotas -Knowledge and understanding of credit, underwriting and financial analysis -Strong referral network with which to identify business opportunities -Must be self motivated, a person of high energy and have the ability to work in a loan production office -Bachelors degree required: Banking, Finance, or Accounting preferred
