You'll be involved with and leading a number of audit projects primarily in the Southeastern US - position deals with financial audit with an emphasis on SOX compliance and administration - will also be involved with external auditors, training, and process/procedure improvement - this will give you the first-hand ability to learn the company's various business units and operations as you prepare to move your career into a number of areas after your audit rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance - 5 years minimum experience with major national public firm or major corporate audit and accounting - hands-on experience in preparing and evaluating SOX compliance audits and activities - project organization and leadership - thorough knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Preferred Qualifications:
- graduate degree desired - CIA or CPA strongly preferred
