This position provides leadership, supervision, direction and guidance to a team or teams within a functional line of business, geographic region and/or a specialty market. These teams may include, but are not limited to, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Financial Analysts and Business Development Officers. The incumbent has overall responsibility for profitability, credit and loan authority, risk management, business development, budgetary planning and commercial compliance issues

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent job related work experience and a minimum of 12 years` broad-based commercial banking experience in sales within the financial services industry to include at least 5 years in a management capacity

Must have local knowledge of the Hartford Area
