• Perform analysis of trade flows and new business initiatives to understand impact on sales compensation process • Configure investment representative pay plans •Provide general support to Investment representative compensation and incentive based compensation processes for asset management product group • Calculate Gross trade adjustments and uploads to facilitate trade flow in the absence of straight through trade processing • Act as department representative and answer questions regarding department processes • Ensure adherence to all financial controls
Great Opportunity: Our client, a leading global wealth management firm, seeks an Analyst to support their Sales Compensation analysis process. The Sales Compensation Analyst will facilitate development of deliverable critical to managing the firm`s incentive based compensation program for investment representatives.
Minimum Qualifications: BA / BS degree in either Finance, Business Management, Accounting or Economics. 3+ years financial services experience in a Compensation and/or Sales facing support experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience in Access a plus Data analysis / data mining experience a plus
