Salary: 125,000 to 195,000
-Manage the global supervision of liquidity management of both regulate/unregulated entities seeking company-wide consistency as well as adherence to regulatory requirements, - Provide leadership and project support to regional management aimed at improving various elements of liquidity management including contingency planning, stress testing, metrics review, etc. - Develop management reporting process on regional entity basis to establish/maintain effective liquidity management processes and draw attention to regional liquidity related issues/ initiatives. -Leverage cross-functional partnerships to assist team in developing and implementing a dynamic qualitative and quantitative liquidity management framework for company businesses. These global efforts will be focused primarily on Governance, structural and strategic liquidity management, Tactical / intra-day liquidity management, Contingent liquidity planning, Policy / procedure / metrics global consistency -Continuously evaluate subsidiary stress testing & ensure consistency with firm regulatory methodology requirements. -Build centralized knowledge management tools to support adequate oversight of significant entities which includes database development and documentation to ensure compliance with a set of liquidity management policies/practices.

The hired candidate will report to the Director of Liquidity and lead a set of global initiatives aimed at improving this function in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related finance focus 5+ years experience in financial services in Treasury, Capital Markets, Finance &/or Liquidity Risk Management Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in delivering complex projects Demonstrated ability to communicate process improvement through analytics, modeling and independent critical thinking. Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills Energetic and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or progress towards Prior accounting experience including intercompany transactions or reconciliation (debits/ credits). General ledger accounting experience. Experience in a highly regulated environment with parent oversight of subsidiaries
