VICE PRESIDENT COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER (MIDDLE MARKET) JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing new business, structuring, underwriting, and the closing of middle market commercial loans, as well as monitoring, maintaining, and servicing an existing portfolio. Represents the bank in local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing and cross selling of all Bank products and services.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. MBA preferred. Formal credit training Minimum 10 years of commercial lending experience. Strong oral and written communication skills Sound judgement PC proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proven track record in working with all levels of senior management
