This is an entrepreneurial position with high visibility and plenty of room for professional growth The territory is growing with $600 million in deposits, 7 branches, and 5 lenders. All of these people are incented to refer qualified prospects to you. This has created a cooperative partnership that drives higher production and better customer service. You will have a full array of Trust products, individually managed accounts, insurance and all types of retirement plans. You can offer your clients the support of experienced professionals in these specialty areas without giving up control of your clients. They use an open architecture which allows you to match investments to your client’s needs and attract high net worth individuals, corporate and institutional clients.
Great Opportunity:
The potential is exciting! You have a team generating appointments for you. There is an existing book and salary paid during the transition period. Commission is paid on all fee income. No exclusions, no cap on the earning and no limit on account size. In 12 months you could be making a 6 figure income. Established advisors have produced $1,000,000.
Minimum Qualifications:
Self-motivated professional who can work well with lenders and bankers to solicit new business. Capitalize on established internal and external referral sources. Represent the bank at social, business and community events. Series 7 and Life Licenses. Previous successful experience in the delivery of financial services. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills along with the ability to work independently. Frequent local travel is required.
