This opportunity includes direct sales, community activity, building relationships with high net worth clients, developing external referral sources and continuing to cultivate their internal referral network. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Sales prospecting and developing business for the Fiduciary, Investment, Retirement Plan, Private Banking and Brokerage areas. You will develop marketing strategies, presentations and other sales materials; analyze client and prospect data to identify product opportunities; stay updated on financial markets and trends. Through close client interaction you help clients identify their financial goals and objectives based on a truly personalized portfolio. You will coordinate resources to meet the financial needs of the client in this collaborative team environment. You will have trained product specialists to assist in operations and administration so you can spend your time with clients and prospects. In addition to your own referral network you will have an internal network of over 45 lenders and professional bankers who have incentive goals to refer new customers to you. Minimum Qualifications:
Passionate about helping people meet their financial goals. Record of success developing new business with high net-worth individuals, business and institutional clients. Proven ability to develop and nurture external third party referral sources and internal referral sources. Have existing professional contacts in the Maryland Market. A good reputation in the financial services industry. Basic understanding of trust services and investment management. Current NASD Series 7 or 63 and 65 licenses. State Life Insurance License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Established customers and referral sources in the territory.
