Responsibility for managing and growing a divers portfolio of C&I, real estate and some Ag credits, as well as independently generating new business within the County. Conduct analysis, underwrite and structure moderately complex loans typical of a community bank, and present to loan committee.

Minimum Qualifications:
5-7 years direct experience in commercial lending, including demonstrated proficiency in both credit analysis and business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Conversational Spanish and some Ag exposure will be valued.
