Oversee personal trust relationships and create new prospect relationships through external business development and cultivating internal bank referrals. •Tasked with the daily administration and management of assigned personal trust accounts. •Prepare and organize internal reports related to administrative and investment reviews, among others. Frequently present this information to bank leadership. •Take part in business development activities, including the solicitation and acquisition of new fiduciary business relationships. Proactive business development and marketing activities to include participation in professional organizations and civic entities. •Travel within local market area to meet with clients and prospect for new clients. •Make effective presentations. •Correspond, communicate, and meet with clients. •Interact daily with clients and COIs. •Establish relationships with fellow employees to maximize business development potential. •Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. •Supervise Executive Assistant and additional support staff

Minimum Qualifications:
Active CFTA certification preferred MBA Preferred Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent combination of work experience and education Minimum seven (7) years experience as a Personal Trust Officer or Trust Administrator

Traditional bank Trust Officer experience.
