Manage Audit engagements for this mid-sized local CPA firm.
Great Opportunity:
This firm offers all the opportunity to make your own schedule. Their standard expectation for full-time maangers is 2350 hours (well below the industry norm), but they have also hired people who needed alternative schedules anywhere from 1600-2180 hours to give them the flexibility they require. They also offer a high potential track to partner for somebody who is interested in that track as they are going through succession planning into the third generation. If you like public accounting, but can no longer manage working 60-70 hours/week for 3 months plus, this could be the firm for you.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ideally seeking a CPA with 5-10+ years public accounting audit experience who have functioned as a Manager.
