Desired Skills & Experience "Strong GAAP, FAS 109/FIN 48 accounting for taxes, tax provisions "Financial services experience preferred "Someone who is visible with clients internally or externally "Comfortable in making presentations "Federal, state, and international, aseet management/investments a plus factor "Must be comfortable regularly interacting with and challenging senior management "Looking for someone who is assertive, creative and proactive "Computer skills including CorpTax compliance software and strong researching skills including use of on-line tools such as RIA or CCH "Occasional travel to business units may be required "Bachelors degree in accounting or other related business disciplines required "CPA and/or Masters degree in tax or accounting a plus "Comprehensive Tax experience (10+ years), financial services sector is preferred, life insurance expertise a plus "Formal legal training a plus "Knowledge of corporate tax topics
