Salary: 60,000 to 75,000
The Leadership and Organization Effectiveness Consultant will play a key role in the management and facilitation of the organization enterprise-wide executive assessment, succession planning and leadership development processes. This role will focus heavily on executive succession and development and may also perform some broader organization development related responsibilities. This role will report to the head of Leadership & Organization Effectiveness and work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure work is aligned with the organization’s overall strategy and direction. Critical to success will be effective working relationships with Leadership and Organization Effectiveness team members, leader’s, and the HR generalist team. In addition to the above, key responsibilities may include: * Manage annual succession planning process (for executive-level positions). * Manage high potential assessment process in partnership with an external assessment firm. * Lead the design and implementation of executive development processes (including internal program design, external program selection/customization, identification and alignment of strategic experiential learning opportunities, and facilitation of mentoring/peer coaching). * Draw on knowledge and skill in consulting, organization development, leadership development, measurement and evaluation to design, implement and evaluate impact of OD interventions. * Create and manage work plans, communication and sustainability processes to support OD initiatives. * Champion and model thinking and behavior changes aligned with organizational culture change and development philosophies. * Stay current on research and practices in organization and leadership development. Deepen expertise within the team and transfer practices to clients and HR partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications A Master`s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development or a related discipline required. Three or more years of relevant professional level experience (e.g., leadership development, succession planning, assessment, program design and management, or high impact organizational effectiveness consulting experience) required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: * a solid understanding of business concepts and strategic alignment * a pragmatic approach to achieving results * strong communication and presentation skills * the ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior-level leadership * the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects * ability to see the big picture while simultaneously managing details.
