•Plan, oversee and participate in both financial and operational audits. Work with business level stakeholders across company to define business activities impacting audit process. •Act as reporting resource to Audit Committee, create Audit Committee Materials and continuously monitor internal/external business developments impacting risk framework to provide timely assessments to Executive Management. •Develop reporting process/system to provide audit results to management and external regulatory bodies as needed. •Lead SOX compliance process- asses risks and develop new controls to ensure certification with SOX requirements. Monitor strategies to mitigate SOX deficiencies and report findings to executive team. •Manage the examination of financial/computer system records for accuracy and integrity and document findings for senior management. •Guide other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues. •Liaise with external auditors during on-site visits.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of related experience CPA required. Experience with audits and SOX process of publicly traded companies Big 4 experience preferred.
