Job Summary:
Provides wound and ostomy education and consultation to individuals of all ages, groups, and the community. Maximizes patient outcomes by functioning as a clinical resource on ostomy, wound and skin, and incontinence management to health care professionals, patients/families and the community. Provides expert clinical leadership through education, research, interventions/consultation, and collaboration. Assists management with the daily operation of the wound clinic.
Job Requirements:
BSN preferred. Graduate of an Accredited School of Enterostomal Therapy. Licensed as RN in the State of Wisconsin. Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience with 1 year in an inpatient surgical setting required. Minimum of 2 years patient education experience required. Board Certified in Enterostomal Therapy. CPR required within 6 months of hire.
