Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background as well as a strong personality who will be able to work with and drive projects for customers who may be difficult to work with. A pure PM is not what we are seeking but rather someone who has the ability to understand, speak to and manage not only the technical aspects of a project but also the business aspects as well. Typically, this candidate would be someone who has previous experience either running a NOC or an IT team.
Candidate should posses the following qualifications:
Previous technical experience preferably with Netcool/Tivoli or similar Network Management products. A strong understanding of and background in developing business and NOC policies, processes and procedures. A background or understanding of ITIL principles. Strong personal communication skills, the ability to work with challenging customers is critical.
