Avaya Telephony Technician Support / Tester - KS
Job Location: Lenexa, KS
Job Summary:
To provide over the phone Technical Support for client Dealers and internal Sales people. Problems will be fixed in a lab where error conditions will be duplicated, then resolved through various methods. The products supported would include Avaya Definity switches, all of their adjuncts and Audix. Avaya experience required.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
Support clients dealers with initial setup, system changes, installation problems and troubleshooting problems on all Definity products.
