Clinical Nutrition Specialist-Diabetes
Job Location: Greenville, SC
Description:
Responsible for coordination and of patient nutritional and general care via clinical assessment, education and documentation throughout all phases of diabetes-related care. Serves as a nutrition expert and resource to personnel within the system and to medical professionals in the community. Promotes and markets nutrition services to system employees and the public.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and at least one year experience in Dietetics, including diabetes teaching and Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) as recognized by the American Dietetic Association required. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Certification preferred.
Minimum Salary (base rate):
$16.86/Hour
