Job Description:
Provides clinical and managerial leadership in the achievement of GHS mission, vision and strategic goals within as assigned group of services. In a cost-effective manner, consistent with GHS values, strives for continuous improvement in the areas of quality health care services, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction. Maintains relationships with Medical Staff to maximize patient service and satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
Board certified physician in appropriate specialty.10 yrs related clinical practice; management experience & exposure to managed care environment require. Technically competent to gather and analyze benchmark material & implement necessary changes. Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills. Management experience in hospital/health care environment required. Proven managerial skills.
