Clinical Quality Analyst - Nursing
Job Location: Greenville, SC
Description:
Responsible for planning and implementing a systematic process for abstracting, analyzing and dissemination of data on nurse sensitive indicators related to participation in various strategic initiatives. Responsible for collaborating with nurse leaders on data collection tool development, design for implementation and documentation. Organizes and aggregates clinical data to analyze, identify and report trends to improve performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5 years acute care nursing experience, including recent experience in QI and data management, and current SC RN License required. Master's Degree in Nursing and additional education in statistical methods preferred.
Minimum Salary:
$21.94/Hour
