Job Description:
Responsible for providing the services and support activities for In-and Out-patients enrolled in the Blood Conservation Program at GHS. Responsible for overall monitoring of all enrolled patients. Works closely with the patients, patients' families, physicians, nurse managers, nursing staff, ancillary personnel, administration, and the community of Jehovah's Witnesses. Utilizes the nursing process and critical thinking skills to assess and interpret clinical data (including lab values and medications) required to design, evaluate, coordinate and implement a plan of care appropriate to adult and pediatric patients.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 5 years Clinical Nursing experience and current SC RN License required.
Minimum Salary:
$21.94/Hour
