Description:
Receives and interviews patients to collect and verify pertinent demographic and financial data. Collects required payments or makes necessary financial arrangements. Performs all assigned duties in a courteous and professional manner.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years experience in Billing, Collections, and/or customer service in an office setting and job related course work beyond high school in Medical Terminology and/or insurance preferred. Working weekends and holidays is required.
Minimum Salary: $12.20/Hour
