Job Description:
Provide database expertise in the development and maintenance of database applications. Heavy focus on data conversion and data integration supporting back-end processes related to the EMR software for data aggregation, table build and reporting purposes. Create scripts for data maintenance. Review, analyze and document data and workflow processes. Data analysis, application troubleshooting and writing skills. Implement data models and database designs. Assist in the resolution of database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. Assist with ad-hoc reports if needed.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with three (3) years experience with database systems as well as knowledge of XSLT, Java, and SQL, OR, Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience listed above required. Health care experience preferred.
