Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
- California State CRT and Fluoroscopy licenses.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification.
- Venipincture Certification.
- Recent CT experience, preferably with GE CTI or Light Speed experience.
- Ability to work in a busy work environment.
- Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends and take call.
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Technical Supervisor and Medical Director, performs all routine CT procedures in the department. The technologist will use independent judgment and necessary skills in order to obtain high quality CT examinations. Call responsibility. Allied health professionals in this area enjoy working in one of the most dynamic and stimulating environments at Hoag. All anatomic areas of the body are imaged using Hoags advanced CT equipment with the additional opportunity of performing CT-guided interventional examinations.
