Job Description:
Direct best of class customer relations/management program for major benefactors of Hoag Hospital Foundation. Manage staff of 5. Work with team of Foundation campaign directors to reach 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time. Written, oral communications used daily. Manages multiple projects under pressure.
