Project Manager
Job Location: Park City, KS

We are looking for a Project Manager to join
our Technology Services Applications team.
Expectations include:
* Making and delivering on project commitments and
deliverables according to approved budget, schedule,
and scope.
* Ensuring project goals support the business case and
effectively manages sponsor expectations.
* Soliciting and documenting accurate and complete
business and functional requirements, and aids in
the construction of business cases.
* Building project plans, identifying resource needs,
performing quality review and escalating functional,
quality, time line issues appropriately.
* Tracking and reporting project status and adjusts
project plans to meet the customer needs.
* Coordinating communication with all levels regarding
project scope, budget, risk and resources.
* 4+ years experience as a Project Manager.
* Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices
and procedures.
* Experience developing and monitoring project work
plans, resource utilization, and
projects economics.
* Proven ability to communicate appropriate status
updates and key milestone updates
to stakeholders and to senior leadership.
* Experienced authoring and managing
project Statements of Work.
* Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem solving
ability.
* Strong interpersonal and communication
skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT,
Engineering, Math or related field
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Broad IT applications background (ERP, data warehouse,
interfaces, web-based applications)
IT Methods experience
Managed work using CMM processes
Led quality improvement initiatives using a quality
improvement system (e.g. Six Sigma)
Advanced degrees
ITIL Foundations certification
PMI Project Management Professional
