Manager of Controls Engineering

* The controls department for the Boiler Burner group
designs,programs, and tests controls, BMS and flame
scanning systems of varying complexity for our
customers.
* The manager of the Controls Engineering department
assigns new jobs to controls engineers and oversees
the on-schedule and on-budget performance of these
projects while also assuring compliance with
applicable safety codes.
* The manager will also oversee sales support
activities, development of controls products,
standards, training and the overall project
management of controls only projects.
* Very strong organizational skills, leadership
skills, communication skills and proven customer
service excellence.
* Understanding of boiler burners and control systems.
* Understanding of budget management is required.
* Previous management or supervisory experience.
* Detailed understanding of and experience with
combustion controls and BMS packages, programming,
system design and testing is preferred.
* Engineering or Management BS degree or equivalent
experience is required.
* Electrical/ Controls Engineering is preferred.
