Process Engineer
Job Location: Tulsa, OK

* The person filing this position will be involved in
the process design and new technology development
for the Vapor Recovery and Vapor Combustion
products.
* Responsibilities will include developing process
designs for proposals, hydraulic calculations,
material and energy balances, P&ID development,
and specification of components such as pumps,
blowers, relief valves and control valves.
* In addition, the process engineer will provide
technical support as necessary to applications
engineers and project managers, as well as assist
with field startup and troubleshooting.
* Some time will be spent supporting the service group
on technical inquires for existing equipment.
* This person will also be involved in developing
improvements to existing technologies, and
development of new technologies.
* Approximately 10-20% travel required.
* Position will report directly to Vapor Control
Systems Product Director.
* The position requires a minimum of 2 years as a
process engineer.
* Candidate must have strong process engineering
skills with experience in the design and/or
operation of process equipment.
* Candidate must be able to communicate well and have
demonstrated ability to interface effectively with
customers.
* Experience with process simulation design tools such
as Pro II or Hysis is required.
* 5+ years in process equipment design, application
and/or operation of packaged processing systems.
* Experience with either Vapor Recovery or Vapor
Combustion technologies would be very desirable.
* Experience with gas/liquid separators, mass transfer
equipment, adsorbers, absorbers, distillation
columns, pumps, vacuum pumps, compressors, heat
exchangers, refrigeration systems, combustion
equipment, process controls and instrumentation
would be pluses as well.
* BS ChE is required.
* Advanced degree in ChE or similar is preferred.
